Category shopping is mostly the same decision wearing different logos. These are the things that actually differ between the products — and the ones that only show up mid-interview if you skipped them.
What happens after the interview?
Preparation suites sell the week before. A live copilot is for the call itself. If you also present, brief clients or field board questions, a tool built only for interviews is idle the rest of the year — and you are paying for it then too.
Is the price metered?
Credits count your minutes while you are mid-answer, and the meter is one more thing to hold in your head during the meeting. A flat subscription has no balance to watch. If you compare meters, compare what one hour actually costs on each — not the headline pack price.
Is there a cap on a single session?
Some plans cap one call at two hours. Fine for a scheduled interview; less fine for the board meeting now in its third hour. If the long sessions are the ones you are buying this for, check the cap before you buy, not during.
Can it read your actual material?
A résumé and a job description cover interviews. A deck, a board pack, a client brief or a contract covers the rest of the job. The broader the document set it can answer out of, the more of your week the subscription earns back.
Is it really invisible on a screen share?
This is the promise of the category, so test it on the free tier before paying. ZoomGuru excludes the overlay at the operating-system level, which is why the 30-minute trial includes the screen share, not just the app.
Will you get a refund if it fails?
Money-back windows vary from 72 hours on some plans to nothing on others, and they are printed on the pricing page rather than the homepage. ZoomGuru refunds in full inside 7 days if the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
