The $54.99 is half of $109.98, and the discount is timed
LockedIn AI’s own page prices the monthly unlimited plan at $109.98 and shows $54.99 beside it under a countdown and a promo code. Quarterly billing brings the equivalent to $39.99 a month. Which number matters depends on whether the promotion is still running when you renew, and that is worth checking rather than assuming. ZoomGuru’s monthly is $29 (₦45,000), and there is no standard price sitting behind it.
Two hours is a real limit, and panels overrun
The LockedIn AI monthly plan lists support for up to two hours per interview. For most calls that is plenty. For a panel that was scheduled for ninety minutes and is now in its third hour, or an onsite loop run back to back, it is a number you are aware of while someone is asking you a question. ZoomGuru has no per-interview cap, no credit balance and no per-hour meter.
Credits are metered by how long you use them
Alongside the unlimited plan LockedIn AI sells credits, which are consumed by session length and never expire. That is a reasonable way to buy software and a genuinely useful one if your interviews are months apart. It is also a meter running during the part of your week you least want to be watching a balance.
What one price actually buys here
Every ZoomGuru plan answers as many questions as you ask it, in as many interviews as you have, for as long as they run. The only thing that changes between plans is how long the plan lasts and how many computers can be signed in at once — one on weekly, two on monthly and yearly. Nothing about the answer itself changes.
Nothing from the interview is kept
No audio, no screenshots, no questions and no answers are written to our database. We store that a request happened and when, which is how usage is counted, and nothing about what was said. That is the entire record.
Where LockedIn AI is the better buy
On a Mac, LockedIn AI runs and ZoomGuru does not — we are Windows only for now, and they also ship a mobile app and a remote-assist mode we have no equivalent of. If your interviews are few and far apart, credits that never expire are cheaper than any subscription including ours, and there is no honest way to argue otherwise. They also cover online assessments and mock interviews as first-class features rather than as a side effect.
Questions
Asked before switching.
- How much does LockedIn AI cost?
- The unlimited plan lists at $109.98 a month, shown at $54.99 a month under a time-limited 50% promotion, or $39.99 a month billed every three months. They also sell a credits plan and a lifetime plan. Those were the prices on their own pricing page on 9 September 2026; the promotion is on a countdown, so check before you rely on it.
- Does LockedIn AI limit how long an interview can be?
- The monthly unlimited plan lists support for up to two hours per interview. Sessions themselves are unlimited in number — the cap is on the length of any one of them.
- What is the difference between the Credits and Unlimited plans on LockedIn AI?
- Credits are consumed by how long you use the product for and do not expire. Unlimited removes the meter for the length of the subscription. Which works out cheaper depends entirely on how many interviews you actually have booked.
- Is there an interview copilot with no time cap?
- ZoomGuru. Every plan is unlimited questions across unlimited interviews for the period you paid for, with no per-interview time limit and no credit balance. Plans differ only in length and in how many computers can be signed in at once.
- Does ZoomGuru work on Mac?
- No. Windows 10 and later only. LockedIn AI runs on macOS and ZoomGuru does not, so on a Mac today this comparison answers itself.
- Can the interviewer see ZoomGuru during a screen share?
- No. The overlay is excluded from screen capture at the operating-system level, so it does not appear in a Zoom, Meet or Teams share, and it does not appear in a recording. The interviewer sees whatever is behind it.
